        為了能夠更好的幫助醫院客服部門、臨床科室實現信息化的隨訪工作,解決大量門診患者、住院患者的隨訪問題,同時提高臨床科研管理信息,提高統計效率和準確度,醫院需要建設一套完善的患者隨訪平臺,將醫院各科室相關隨訪工作進行統一管理并實現所需的各項業務功能。

        醫院部署一臺Tomcat服務器管理, 采用MS SQLServer 數據庫,作為整個系統的主服務器。 開發語言采用JDK開發平臺,最新JAVA虛擬機,安全穩定,可跨平臺,具有良好的可擴展性和安全性。

        系統采用BS架構,兼容64位、32位操作系統,客戶端免安裝,瀏覽器訪問系統,方便快捷。使用人員客戶端只需要通過IE瀏覽器(版本為 8.0以上),輸入用戶名/密碼登陸使用系統。用戶權限通過管理員授權獲得。
