大同——十六化建：以文化建設融入屬地化管理

自進入埃及市場以來，中國化學十六化建在當地積極推進屬地化施工，用“傳幫帶”的形式解鎖屬地化用工潛力，把中國技術、中國裝備、中國標準和中國文化引入埃及，培育了一大批技藝精湛、隊伍穩定、能力突出的本土化技術團隊。龍宇（Ahmed ElGaml）、馬偉明（Shehab Eldin Ahmed）就是他們中的出色代表。《中國化工報》對他們進行了一次獨特的采訪。

問題一：你在中國化學工作多久了？

龍宇：大家好，我是Ahmed ElGaml

Hello,I am Ahmed ElGaml

我的中文名字叫龍宇

My Chinese name is longyu. 

今年我28歲

I am 28 years old

在中國化學工作已經四年多了。

I have been working for CNCEC for more than four years

我畢業于南開大學

I graduated from Nankai University

目前我擔任埃及分公司的商務經理。

Currently I am working as Commercial Manager in CNCEC16 Egypt branch

這段經歷對我來說，是一段非常寶貴的職業生涯，

This experience is a very valuable career for me

讓我有機會深入了解中國企業文化，

which gives me the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding Chinese corporate culture

為中國化學在埃及的發展，貢獻自己的一份力量。

馬偉明：我叫Shehab Eldin Ahmed，

My name is Shehab Eldin Ahmed

我中文名字叫馬偉明，

My Chinese name is MA Weiming

現在35歲，

I am 35 years old

我在中國化學工作8年了，

I have worked at CNCEC for 8 years

參與了公司很多重要的項目，

and participated in many important projects

蘇荷那磷肥項目，

Includ the NCIC phosphate fertilizer plant project

埃及阿斯旺光伏發電項目，

186MW Photo-voltaic Plant Project in Aswan

蘇伊士灣500兆瓦風電項目。

And the 500 MW Suez Gulf Wind Power Project

問題二：你的中國同事是什么樣的？

How would you evaluate your Chinese colleagues?

龍宇：我的中國同事們都非常開朗和熱情，而且非常專業，

My Chinese colleagues are very cheerful, enthusiastic and professional

在中國化學，公司并沒有刻意區分埃及人和中國人，

CECEC does not deliberately distinguish between Egyptians and Chinese

我們上班是并肩作戰的同事，

We are like comrades in arms at work

下班后是可以一起分享生活的朋友，

after work we can share our lives as friends.

大家互相尊重、互相幫助，共同為了一個目標而努力。

We respect and help each other, and work together towards a common goal

馬偉明：我的中國同事都非常友好且樂于助人，

My Chinese colleagues are very friendly and helpful. 

他們注重團隊合作和互相支持

They focus on teamwork and support each other,

大家一起解決問題和創新

We work together to solve problems and innovate

問題三：在中國化學工作，你感受最不一樣的是什么？

What do you feel most different about working at CNCEC?

問題四：通過這些年在中國企業的工作經歷，你看到了什么樣的中國？

What do you think of China?

龍宇：在中國化學工作多年，我深刻感受到，

Having worked in CNCEC for many years, I deeply feel that

中國作為“一帶一路”倡議的重要推動者，

China as an important promoter of the BRI

更在全球范圍內推動高質量的合作。

They are more committed to promoting high-quality cooperation around the world

通過與中國同事們的合作，

Through cooperation with Chinese colleagues,

我逐漸體會到中國“萬里為鄰、美美與共”的精神，

I realized the spirit of "neighbors across the country, sharing beauty and prosperity" in China.

這種精神不僅體現在中國與鄰國的合作上，

It is not only reflected in cooperation between China and other countries

還深入到每一個項目的實際執行中，

but also deeply embedded in the actual implementation of every project

無論是基礎設施建設，還是高科技領域的合作，

whether it is infrastructure construction or cooperation in the high-tech field.

中國都在以一種務實且合作的態度推動著全球化的進程，

China is promoting the process of globalization with a pragmatic and cooperative attitude.

這種國際化的思維方式，以及積極地合作態度，

Due to China's international mindset and proactive cooperation attitude

也讓我對中國未來的發展充滿了信心。

I am full of confidence in China's future development
